The second level of our leadership development program, CIT is a two-week session (campers go home over the weekend) designed to equip teems for ministry. The CIT’s will  interact with children, participating in a variety of diverse workshops, Child Protection Training, and shadowing counselors. During the final week CIT’s will spend most of the time with a designated group of campers. Participants will also explore aspects of ministry and leadership such as studying and teaching the Bible, servant leadership, teamwork, and communication.
