Director (Full-time, Year-round)
We seek an experienced director who can supervise year-round and seasonal staff (both paid and volunteer), provide hospitality to multiple and diverse groups, manage facility maintenance and upgrades, and oversee the budget and operations. In cooperation with the Board and the Executive Director, the Director will grow our volunteer base, build ministry partnerships with our United Methodist Churches, assist with short- and long-range planning, and help cast and implement a vision for the ministry. The position of camp cook is a part-time position for the spring and a full-time position for the summer. Springtime responsibilities include providing meals for guest groups, and summer responsibilities include providing meals for summer campers and staff. This position begins April 1, 2018.
