Group Retreats at Lake Michigan Camp

Churches, schools, youth groups, men’s groups, women’s groups, corporate retreats, and beyond have found Lake Michigan Camp to be a great place to come together.

Sports teams enjoy holding summer training camps here, such as soccer camp and cross country camps. Your next family reunion could be held on the shores of Lake Michigan! Your sorority, fraternity, men’s/women’s or craft retreats are right at home here. Give us a call and reserve your dates!

Retreat Lodge – sleeps up to 28, with 2 dorm sides, and central meeting space and kitchen.  Options include having us cook your meals and use the dining hall or cook your own meals.  (Virtual Tour)

Bunk House – 4-6 bunks (8-12 mattresses) electricity with nearby bathroom facilities

  • New for 2021: Four bunkhouses (Nineveh, Shilo, Jericho and Damascus) have been remodeled to be more “family friendly,” including removing old bunkbeds and replacing with four twin-size bunks (they now sleep 8 instead of 12). Each will have a table, chairs, countertop and mini fridge.

Tent Platforms – 4 beds in each with nearby bathroom facilities and water/electric

Cottage – 8 beds, 4 bedrooms each with their own toilet; shower; small kitchenette.

Additional meeting space in dining hall (with meal plan) or rent the Craft Cabin

Family Cabins – Each cabin has a unique set up and sleeps 3-6. They feature a mini fridge, ceiling fan and fire ring. No kitchen or bathroom (bathroom is nearby).

I’m in. This is Awesome!

Our volunteer weekend has begun. The tent dismantling crew started at 45 min per tent and are now down to 18 min per tent. Others were out planting bulbs, cleaning campsites and putting away bikes. We started out with a bigger group from Jackson UMC but by dinner time Lansing UMC group out numbered Jackson by double. Anybody else coming from Jackson? We also have some from the North Muskegon Community UMC and a few others as well. What a beautiful day it was for serving this heavenly place. We have plenty of homemade chili and cornbread left over from dinner tonight.

Come join us Saturday or please pray for the rain to stay away 🙏🏼
