2019 Activities

April 26 – 28          Volunteer Weekend

Free camping and lunch on Saturday for anyone who volunteers at least 8 hours.

May 1 – 22          Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off Reservations

Book by April 1 to take advantage of this special offer.

May 24 – 27          Memorial Day Weekend

Friday: Movie night. Saturday: Glow stick walk. Sunday: Ice cream social

June 7 – 9          Free Fishing Weekend

Enjoy a weekend of free fishing (no State of Michigan license required). Bring your pole and borrow our boats or stand on the dock.

June 14 – 16          Lakeview Summerfest

Local event includes carnival, tractor show, parade, car show, and bands. www.lakeviewfestivals.com

June 22            Kids’ Fun Day

Bring/drop off the kids for a morning of fun! $25pp – Event may include waterslide, inflatable slide, train rides, crafts, Bible story time, and scavenger hunt. Preregister.

July 4 – 5          Independence Day Celebration

Thursday: Sparklers on the beach. Watch the fireworks! Friday: Glow stick parade

July 20           Kids’ Fun Day

Aug 8 – 11          Stanton’s Old Fashioned Days

Local event includes children’s activities, car show, tractor show, sporting events. www.stantonofd.com

Aug 16 – 18          Edmore Potato Festival

Local event include Monster truck show, carnival rides, potato tent, parade, cornhole, volleyball. www.fb.me/edmorepotatofestival

Sept 20-22          Fall Extravaganza

Saturday: Hay rides, cider and donuts, pumpkin painting, crafts, trick or treating, costume contest (children and pets!), games, best decorated campsite contest. download flyer

Sept. 21          Howard City Harvest Festival

Local event includes Scarecrow making contest, inflatables, motorcycle and tractor show, music, parade, 5k walk/run. www.howardcity.org/harvest-festival
