Michigan Camps Stand Together on Welcoming Statement As camp and retreat...
Wesley Woods Camp & Retreat Center is a purpose-driven, year-round ministry site. You’ll feel right at home in our 300 acres of beautiful grounds and you’ll be cared for by our staff who live out our mission of Growing in Faith and Serving in Strength. It has been a place of significant spiritual impact for children, youth and families where they have made lifelong commitments to God. Guests have enjoyed spiritual renewal and family time here for over 65 years.
Summer Camp: We welcome you to experience God’s love through summer camp for children, teens, families and grandparents. You’ll be pumped up through high-energy worship, creative and unique programs, and exploring our diverse ecosystems of woods, water and prairie.
Year-Round Retreat Options: Your group, family or team-building event will love our versatile meeting spaces, delicious food service and accommodating overnight lodging.
Outdoor Fun and Adventure: From our swimming pool to our kayaks, canoes and paddle boards, water-lovers have a grand time! Fire bowl, chapel and scenic views help every day become more sacred and each guest grow closer to God through Jesus Christ.
Come and join friends new and old as we take a deep dive into building relationships with God and each other in community. Enjoy all the fun of camp activities like games, swimming, boating, crafts and more! Graduating seniors are welcome!
“CALLED BY NAME!” – this summer’s theme shares the great news that God knows us all by name and calls us for a purpose! The first thing that happens at camp is that your name is called, and you are soon known in the camp community as welcomed, loved, and encouraged to be who God calls you to be. We can’t wait to meet you, know you and call you by name as a friend in Christ.
