Bring a friend or two, your favorite craft projects and have an uninterrupted weekend to play, craft and relax. Leave the cooking and cleaning to us! One 6′ table assigned to each person (electricity available) in one of our meeting rooms. Meals served in Kresge Dining Hall. Set your own schedule. Early birds will enjoy one of our amazing sunrises over Lake Huron.
Lodging includes hotel-style guest rooms (linens provided) with small group lounge areas with complimentary coffee/tea and microwave available. Check in begins at 1 pm, Friday. Check out by 3 pm, Sunday.
Optional activities: Borrow one of our games, walk the beach or meditate in prayer labyrinth. Visit local craft stores.

Immerse yourself in a time of spiritual renewal with an introductory retreat to spiritual practices including contemplative prayer, times of silence and guided learning. Enjoy leisurely meals, morning instruction, choose your own adventure afternoons, and a guided practice in the evening. Those new to contemplative practices as well as those more experienced are welcome. Led by Rev. Cora Glass, Rev. Dr. April Gutierrez, and Lisa Batten.  Bring a creative project and supplies and enjoy creative work time by the lakeshore. Each day will begin and end with an optional time of worship and prayer around the fireplace. You’ll get your own six-foot work table in Littleton Lodge. On Saturday, you may choose to participate in a two-hour guided painting sessions with Group Leader, Rev. Cora Glass. Details on this optional session will be sent to participants after registration. 

A great opportunity for unfinished projects like Christmas gifts and crafts, quilts, knitting, scrapbooking, crochet. Bring a friend and enjoy a quiet weekend before the holiday rush!

Check in anytime after 1pm on Friday. Check out 11am on Sunday.

Rev. Ann Emerson will retire at the end of the year as director of Lake Huron Retreat Center after 25 years. Her ministry of hospitality and connecting the world to the grace and love of Jesus Christ have been a blessing to thousands. Help us show our appreciate and send her off to retirement with the love and good wishes she deserves.

This is a weekend for adults with special needs. Previous and prospective God’s Treasures campers are welcome to join us for a weekend version of the summer God’s Treasures Camp. Come for a weekend of winter fun – including Bible stories, crafts, music and much more! There will be a nurse on site the entire weekend to dispense medications as well as a team of volunteers to assist in the care of registered guests. Beautiful, wooded sites just on the other side of the dune from Lake Michigan.

Season: May 12 – Oct. 15 (note: no reservations available June 25-July 1, 2023 due to youth camp)

Please call for post-season sites without hook ups.

Max RV size: 45ft. Most sites are for RVs under 30ft. Please check sites for length limits.

Platform canvas tents & cabins: Available by reservation

  • Our campground is open to the public and offers a positive Christian camping experience for individuals, families, groups and churches.
  • Reservations are strongly encouraged, though walk-ins are possible, especially weekdays.
  • Pavilion with kitchen facilities attached is available for group use.
  • Large gathering area with seating for campfires and worship services.
  • Restrooms and shower facilities convenient to campsites.
  • Bikes and kayaks available to registered campers.

We love our volunteers! You can help support the camp by volunteering to changeover the camp from summer activities and prepare for its “second season.” Groups and individual volunteers are encouraged to come and share some love with the camp. The coffee will be on to welcome you at 8:30am and lunch will be provided at noon. RSVPs required for meal preparation.
