Come explore the majestic and wild waters of eastern Lake Superior as we journey to Lake Superior Provincial Park north of Sault St. Marie. We will kayak on the largest freshwater lake in the world, as well as the numerous rivers and inland lakes of this beautiful and remote wilderness. We will stay at a campground near the shore of Lake Superior where moose sightings are not uncommon, and also visit ancient native petroglyphs.  No previous kayaking experience needed—just a spirit of adventure and desire to be immersed in God’s creation.

Everyone is welcome at Lakeview Family Camp. We are a secluded campground on a beautiful inland lake in Montcalm County. It’s an easy drive from Grand Rapids, Mt. Pleasant, and Big Rapids, Michigan.

Our peaceful campground welcomes families and friends to renew, refocus, and reconnect in Christian fellowship surrounded by natural beauty.

We offer family and group grassy camping sites for RVs, trailers, and tents with electric, water, and more (including some 50 amp sites). We have also six cabins available.

This camp provides an opportunity for grandparents to bring one or more of their precious grandchildren (ages 5-13) to share songs, games, Bible stories, and more. Spend a weekend enjoying the many activities at camp, celebrate Christmas in August together, and create memories that will last.

When registering, begin the account in the adult’s name, then add the child’s name. Register the adult first, and then register the child, clicking the option for the First Child Free. Each person must have a registration for the event.
