New Manager at Lakeview

Cindy Haynes is now manager at Lakeview Family Campground. A seasonal camper for the last five years and volunteer the last two, Cindy is very familiar with the camp and is excited about getting the grounds and office crew working as a team and keeping the campground cleaned up.

She looks forward to welcoming campers and maintaining a positive relationship with all our visitors. “Customer service is number-one!” Cindy said. “The camp is full Labor Day so I’m excited to welcome everyone as they arrive and walk around the camp and make sure everyone has what they need.”

There are always many things to do at Lakeview, including swimming, biking and boating (free bike and boat rentals for campers). If you own a power boat, the lake is perfect for boaters. Every weekend we’ll be able to run train rides and the water slide for the kids. Cindy suggested there could other “pop-up” events like beach games and ice cream socials based on what campers want each weekend.
