Judson Collins Camp & Retreat Center announces its 2019-2020 Retreat Schedule. pdf

“We are dedicated to hosting events that help local churches, groups and organizations build community and grow in faith together,” says Trish Farrell, Director at Judson Collins. Judson Collins is located in southeast Michigan about 45 minutes southwest of Ann Arbor and 10 minutes east of Michigan International Speedway.

2019

Oct. 5  Confirmation Rally

Praise music, engaging speakers, hands on workshops, and camp fun to add another dynamic level to your confirmation program. Kick off your fall program with a great time of group building and bonding. $20 per student includes lunch and day programming. Make it a one night retreat for an additional $30/pp.

Nov 8-10  Women’s Craft Retreat

You deserve to relax and be spoiled on the shores of Wampler Lake in Southeast Michigan’s beautiful Irish Hills. Enjoy an entire weekend of crafts just in time for holiday gift-giving,
delicious food you don’t have to cook, and refreshing worship for your soul. Bring your own
projects and/or enjoy any of our optional craft projects. Everyone welcome.

2020

Jan 18-20  Snow Zone — For Grades 6-12

You don’t have to wait for summer to have fun at Judson Collins! Snow Zone at Judson Collins puts a winter twist on camp: with tubing, a snow sculpture contest, a live worship band and great speakers to lift you up for the new year, plus your favorite camp games, a hot cocoa bar and extreme snow cones! Come with your youth group or on your own. $135/person individual (we provide chaperones), or $115/person for groups of five or more (adult chaperones required and FREE). 1 adult required for each gender for housing purposes, max 8 guests per room.

March 13-15  Men’s Retreat

All men, all ages, all camp challenges: wall climb, ninja course, hiking, and steak cookout. $125 per person.

March 21  Confirmation Rally

April 25  Serve 2020

We grow in community by serving together. Ideal day for youth groups, families, and alumni to help get camp ready for summer. Free housing available.

FLEXIBLE PROGRAMS

In addition to the specific events listed above, Judson Collins staff is happy to offer these flexible programs at our location or yours.

Jan-April    Camp Sunday

Book your church’s Camp Sunday for January-April for Judson Collins staff to visit, lead worship, share about camp, and get your congregation excited for camp! Donation to cover gas and expenses is appreciated.

June-August  Day Camp 2020

Camp comes to you Summer 2020. Our ministry team comes to your church to lead a 5-day program for elementary students that includes the traditional camp experience: music, crafts, games, Bible Study, even a campfire! You provide housing and meals, we provide all programming and leadership. Excellent outreach and family ministry opportunity. Sept-March  Camp Take Over

Camp takes over your church program! Camp energy, games, and traditions take over your youth group, family night, or special event. $100 per event at your location, everything
included even marketing flyer! Call or email office today to book.

Sept-June  Custom Retreats

Your group takes over all or part of the camp. Bring your own programming or work with us for the perfect balance. We have 240 acres at the ready! Lodging, meeting space, and food
service available. Contact our office for rates.

June-July  Summer Camp as a Church

Did you know you can bring your church to summer camp as a group? Pick a week, have
everyone sign up, and receive group time every day to grow relationships and build your group. Also includes a post-camp Bible study and activities for you to take home and do as a group after camp.

Year-round Mission Trip Base

Combine mission projects with camp excitement. Make JCC your home base, travel the Irish Hills doing service projects during the day and camp activities each evening. Perfect for summer or school year! Call or email office today to book. Fees include housing and meals.
