Prep for Winter 2018
Lake Michigan Camp & Retreat Center has several projects that we would love to have done this camping season and we could use your help! If you are skilled in hanging paneling, we could use help finishing the new family cabins located on in North Camp. OR if you are skilled in cutting down trees, we need a few more trees cut down to finish the new RV dump station. Come for a day, a night or two (we will find a campsite or platform tent for you if needed).

Saturday, September 29th 9am -4pm
This work day is focused on taking down platform tents and beginning to winterize the camp. Breakfast will be served 8-9 am and lunch will be provided. If interested in camping the night before, call the office at 231-869-5627 or email lakemichigancampdirector@umcamping.org.
If you love fall and winter camping, we will continue to offer RV and tent camping and will keep the North bathrooms open as long as possible. We will post on Facebook when all bathrooms are closed for the winter.
